DIY Mower ("we", "us", or "the app") helps you diagnose riding lawn mower problems from a description, photo, or video and find the replacement parts you need. • Content you submit. Text descriptions, photos, and videos you upload to diagnose a mower problem. This content is sent to our AI diagnosis service to produce a result for you.
• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and the mower and maintenance records you choose to save.
• Usage data. Approximate device and browser information, pages viewed, and interactions that help us improve the app.
• Location (optional). Only when you choose to find local parts stores or mechanics; we use your approximate location for that search and do not store it.
